AGREEMENT AND CHARGES

Your sessions with a counsellor whether face to face or online are subject to an agreement between you (the client) and the counsellor.

The first response from your counsellor is free.

During the second exchange the counsellor will outline a proposed agreement. This will :

Suggest a minimum number of exchange emails, before a review is taken
Clarify the response time ie within a set number of hours say 48 or 72
The counsellor and client need to agree :
The number of online contacts to be exchanged
How and when payment is to be made
Any times during the agreed period when either the client or the counsellor will be away
How the agreement will be ended
How they are going to deal with a breakdown in computer technology

CHARGES

Our charges are as follows.

Emails £20 per therapeutic email exchange (one email each way)

Real time sessions £20 for 30 minutes or pro rata

Payments can be made direct to the therapist using any of the following ways:

(for debit cards such as delta or switch)

(for credit cards such as visa and mastercard).

This agreement is subject to ongoing revision with the agreement of both parties.
