Online counselling is not suitable for everyone. Maybe a face to face situation would be better for you. However, you can sample our ‘one free exchange’ to see if this would be the way to progress.

Our Counsellors reserve the right to advise you to contact other agencies , and not engage in counselling with you, if they deem it not to be in your best interests.

It is important that you inform us if you are receiving psychological or psychiatric therapy elsewhere, as it is inadvisable to do so unless there is communication between the therapists.
