We all have different feelings and emotions. It is often said that life is a roller-coaster. One minute we are happy and excited and the next feeling sad and down. We can usually allow these feelings to come and go. Sometimes they can be overwhelming and you don't know where to turn for help.

If you are :

· Worried about someone in your family

· Being bullied at College

· Worried about the effects of alcohol or drugs

· Thinking that life isn't worth living any more

· Have friendship or relationship problems

· Wonder if you are gay/lesbian

· Someone you care about has just died

· Being hurt or abused

· Worried about anything at all and need to talk to someone about it

We are hoping to offer Email Counselling and real-time Counselling in a Chat room, with Counsellors who specialize in working with children and young people. However, this service is still under discussion due to the laws for the protection of young people.

For the moment we are restricted to working with Young People over the age of 16.
